110 C Street (Old City Hall)

The City Council is accepting proposals for business or commercial use for the vacant lot located at 110 C Street, currently owned by the City of Washington.  Proposals will be due to City Hall by 1 pm Thursday, January 30, 2025.

The Council has requested that written proposals contain as much of the following information as possible and applicable.  

• Commercial/Industrial Lot Application (available at City Hall)
  • Name/Organization/Business
  • Current address/Phone number
  • Type of proposed project/projected use
  • Timeline
  • Job creation possibilities
  • Sketch of any proposed structures
  • Business plan
• Prohibited use:
  • Storage facility
• Applicants will be expected to present their proposal at the February 3, 2024 council meeting.
